Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products missing original components or hardware that were included with the purchase.

Return Process

If you would like to return an item, please contact SXT Racing within the applicable return period. When contacting us, please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned products to help prevent damage during return shipping. SXT Racing is not responsible for products damaged due to inadequate return packaging.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will determine whether it meets the requirements outlined in this policy.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an incorrect shipment, a defective product, or another error on our part.

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective product or an error made by SXT Racing, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information. SXT Racing is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit back to us.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment or has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may request a return if it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying that products are compatible with their specific motorcycle, e-moto, or application before placing an order.

While SXT Racing strives to provide accurate product descriptions and compatibility information, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm fitment before installation.
